Hawaii Keiki and Hawaii Dental Services are teaming together to offer Dental Sealants to our 2nd Graders on February 27th during the school day. Flyers and permission forms were sent home earlier this month. If you’d like your child to participate, please complete the attached permission form and turn it in to your child’s teacher or the school office.
You may also request another form from your child's teacher or the school office.
