Papa John's Fundraiser Thursday, May 9th!
Our last monthly Papa John’s Fundraiser will be on Thursday, May 9th. 25% of the sales will be donated to Salt Lake Elementary to support our Service Groups (JPO, Conflict Mediators, Mall Patrol and Student Council). School Community Council Elections Now Open!
The School Community Council (SCC) plays an important role in improving student achievement. The SCC helps craft the school's Academic Plan and Financial Plan, which establish the goals and programs for the school. Elections for the 2024-25 SCC are now open. Please use the Google form https://bit.ly/44BpxW9 to vote for our parent and community members by May 17, 2024. Only SLES Parents/Guardians may vote for the Community/Parent members. Thank you for your support of our school!
3Rs School Recycling Drive on April 6th from 9:00-11:00 am!
Together with the Kokua Hawaii Foundation, SLES is hosting a 3Rs School Recycling Drive on Saturday, April 6th from 9:00-11:00 am in our school parking lot. This is an opportunity for families and community members to drop off a variety of items to ReUse and ReCycle! All proceeds from redeemable HI-5 containers, scrap metal and used cooking oil will be donated to the SLES Student Council.
School Quality Survey (SQS) Parent Survey Due 3/15!
We need your input to help improve our school. The SQS Parent survey is available electronically. We kindly ask that you complete one survey per child before the survey closes on Friday, March 15, 2024.
