'Top 14 Energy Drink Dangers (Caffeine)
Few students have been coming to campus with caffeinated drinks or high energy drinks (i.e. Starbucks, Monster, Rock Star, etc.). Because these drinks increase anxiety, causes headaches, and may affect their learning and performance in the classroom, these drinks are not allowed on campus effectively immediately.

What is Wellness?
Wellness is generally used to mean a healthy balance of the mind, body and spirit that results in an overall feeling of well-being. (Wikipedia, 2015) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wellness_(alternative_medicine)

Wellness umbrellas out into four parts: 1) Health Education, 2) Nutrition, 3) Physical Activity, & 4) Physical Education. When these four parts integrate nicely with each other, wellness is achieved. We teach our students this and hope parents ensure their child's well-being is safe and prosperous hoping for the child's optimal success.
